- Quiet hours from 23:00 to 7:00.
- No smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balconies, terrace and garden.
- Swimming pool and jacuzzi open until 23:00.
- The nearest beach is 1 km away. There are 10 beautiful beaches on the Theologos peninsula, within the maximum distance of 4 km. The centre (the port) with restaurants, bars, and shops is 5 km away.
- The deposit for the apartment is from 150 to 300 euros. The deposit will be refunded on departure if nothing is destroyed.
